Los Angeles, Alta California - March 1, 2005 - (ACN) It looks like there is going to be a "showdown at OK corral" on April 1st in Tombstone, Arizona. A high level leader of the Mara Salvatruchas, Ebner Anivel Rivera-Paz, has issued orders, from federal prison, to members of his extremely violent organization to teach the Minutemen vigilantes a lesson they will never forget, La Voz de Aztlan has learned.

The Mara Salvatruchas (MS-13) are a consequence of USA policies in Central America and are just another example of "the chickens coming home to roost". Its members are the sons of immigrants from El Salvador and other Central American countries that were forced to flee because of the CIA instigated war during the Reagan Administration that completely destroyed the physical, economic, social, religious and cultural infrastructure of the region. MS-13 was founded in Los Angeles by the offspring of the immigrants for protection. Later, many of the members were deported back to Central America where they expanded their operations and joined up with former members of the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMLN) .

Today, the Mara Salvatruchas (Gang Land by Malkin) have grown immensely in numbers and their network has expanded through Mexico all the way to Canada. The extremely violent group controls large portions of the drug, stolen vehicle and immigrant smuggling operations along the US/Mexico border and will not put up with clowns like the Minutemen vigilantes. The amateurish Minutemen may be in for a big surprise on April Fools Day and on the subsequent days that they plan to patrol the border with Mexico in Arizona. The Mara Salvatruchas are known to cut the "testicles" of their enemies and feed them to their vicious dogs. Other times they have cut the heads off their opponents to play football soccer with them. These are not people to mess around with.

Satan has a very warped sense of humor and April 1st would be an excellent day to express it.

Note: This article illustrates the kind of people that the American public, ALIPAC, and the Minutemen are facing on this issue.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, GET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF THE USA!

A 15-year-old girl was severely beaten Tuesday evening in what police described as an unprovoked attack by a (illegal alien) construction worker.

assault, attempted rape, crimes, laws, illegal immigration, another preventable crime

The girl was treated at Mary Washington Hospital, where she received about 30 stitches for injuries to her face and the back of her head, according to Robin Kocher, the new public information officer for the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office.

The girl also suffered a fractured bone on the right side of her face and a broken nose.

The suspect, 28-year-old Jose D. Ramirez of Prince William County, was charged with aggravated malicious wounding and abduction with the intent to defile. He was placed in the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond. Both charges carry potential life sentences.

Kocher said the incident occurred about 7:15 p.m. in the 200 block of Olde Greenwich Drive in Spotsylvania, near the Fredericksburg city limits. Ramirez, who police said is an illegal alien from El Salvador, was working on a townhouse there as part of a construction crew, Kocher said.

Police said he whistled at the girl as she walked by, then became enraged after the girl did not respond. Ramirez is accused of then running after the girl and pummeling her in the face and head, Kocher said.

According to authorities, the attacker then tried to drag the victim, fleeing into some woods only after a co-worker yelled for him to stop.

Fredericksburg police Officer Steve Johnson found Ramirez a short time later outside nearby 227 Farrell Lane, city police spokesman Jim Shelhorse said. Shelhorse said the suspect refused to comply with Johnson's demand to get on the ground, even though the officer had his gun drawn.

Other officers came to Johnson's aid and finally got Ramirez into custody with the help of a Taser. The city officer then turned the suspect over to Spotsylvania deputies, since the initial attack was in the county.

Police said the girl did nothing to provoke the attack and they aren't sure what triggered the suspect's action.

Prior to being taken to jail, Ramirez gave a statement to Spotsylvania detectives at the scene of the attack.

Ramirez reportedly has been traveling around the state doing work for various construction companies, Kocher said.

PUBLIC SAFETY IS AT A LOSS, RESOURCES ARE STRECHED TOO THIN TO PROVIDE SAFETY AND SECURITY. THESE PEOPLE AE MAKING A DANGEROUS JOB, MORE DANGEROUS FOR LAW ENFORCEMNT, FIRE FIGHTERS AND PARAMEDICS,. MANY ILLEGALS GO BY LONG ELABORATE ALIAS, MADE UP NAMES. WE ARE AT A DEFACTO-UNDECLEARED STATE OF WAR WITH ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS MOST OF WHOM ARE HISPANIC. LA CONQUESTA MUST END. VIRGINIA MUST HAVE IT'S OWN MINUTE MAN SQUADS, JOIN OUR FELLOW AMERICAN BROTHERS IN ARMS LIKE THEY DID IN TEXAS AND NEW MEXICO! WE MUST PATROL OUR OWN, THE STATE OF VIRGINIA IS FAILING TO PROVIDE FOR IT'S TAX PAYING LEGAL CITIZENS.

ILLEGAL IMIGRANTS HERNDON VA

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton offered the following statement today to the Herndon Town Council as it considered a proposal by “Project Hope and Harmony” to operate a taxpayer-funded “Day Laborer Site” in the Town of Herndon:

Day Labor, illegal aliens, laws, security, illegal immigration, Americans

8/18/2005
Judicial Watch Statement to the Herndon VA City Council

“Thank you, Mayor and members of the Town Council. I’m Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, a government watchdog group based in Washington, D.C. Judicial Watch is honored to represent concerned Herndon citizens who adamantly oppose this proposed use of taxpayer monies for illegal purposes. They are prepared to sue the Town of Herndon if you approve this site and they will go to court to stop the Town from violating the law. We sent you a letter to this effect on August 12, and I request that the letter be made part of the public record.

“The law is clear. Can one hire undocumented workers? No, it is illegal. Can one hire someone without ensuring they are legally eligible to work here? No, it is illegal.

“It is illegal to ‘encourage or induce an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.’ It is illegal to aid or abet the commission of such acts.

“Can a town expend taxpayer monies or provide support to facilitate such illegal activities? Of course not. This proposed site is designed to facilitate illegal activity: the illegal hiring of illegal aliens.

“So, can the Town Council approve this plan? For the Town Council to recommend this plan would be illegal under federal law. But it would also be illegal under Virginia law. Any town support for this site would constitute an ultra vires act, since no public official has any inherent power to authorize or facilitate unlawful acts using taxpayer funds. Support for this site is not an option.

“The Town of Herndon has allowed illegal activity to go on unchecked at the 7-Eleven and elsewhere. The solution is not local taxpayer support for this illegal activity. The area around the 7-Eleven is the illegal day labor equivalent of a red-light district. Law enforcement is in order, not taxpayer subsidies.

“The Planning Commission has seen reason and rejected this ill-conceived plan. Under the laws of this Commonwealth, and under the laws of the United States, you must also decline to support this proposal. Otherwise, Judicial Watch and its Herndon resident clients will see the Town of Herndon in court.

“Thank you.” http://www.judicialwatch.org/5502.shtml

“It is illegal to ‘encourage or induce an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.’ It is illegal to aid or abet the commission of such acts. THIS STATEMENT ALSO CAN AND SHOULD APPLY TO REALESTATE PERSONS WISHING TO SELL, RENT OR LEASE PROPERTY TO ILLEGAL ALIENS.
